Counts verified from the live pages & the Oct 25 Drive inventory (767 video files). Statuses as of ~1:45 AM.

🧹 The cleanup ledger (both houses draw from one Drive)

Audit: done counting. 31,462 Drive files scanned; the theaters' titles all verified present.
Repeats: music tree holds 3,544 groups of doubles = 3,796 extra copies — nothing deleted; they wait on your kill/keep rulings, group by group.
Missing from Drive: "playlist 10" (~524 songs) and "PC batch 2" (~4,655) — likely still on the Mac.
Conversion queue: About Last Night this morning → Interstellar → Sex and Lucia → Molly's Game → Bobby Fischer, roughly a title a day of background crunch. The whole wall is fixed across this week.
Standing commitment: Adriana gets at least one new movie a week — Finch is this week's. ✅
